Built on Empire’s reliable Pro-Finish® technology, the IL-885 features a robust conveyor system driving a 9-inch-wide by 72-inch-long belt. With variable speed controls and adjustable parts guides, it offers versatility for deburring, cleaning, profiling, and finishing variously shaped parts, from tubular to flat. If needed, parts can be reloaded for a second pass to address both sides. The cabinet’s gun holders allow for adjustment of angles and distances to focus four or six blast guns on work surfaces, customizing blast envelopes for different parts. Additional features include a control panel at the loading end for system operation, lighting, and blower motor control for media recycling and dust collection. Variable conveyor-speed control and “stop” buttons at the entrance and exit vestibules further enhance user convenience.
