EM-2 Dust Collector
Turntable and in-line machines for continuous processing. These systems can be loaded and unloaded manually, equipped with robotic arms or designed as an integral part of the production line.
Our continuous turntable machines come in four standard models with table diameters ranging from 36 inches up to 108 inches. Larger units are available with two rotary blast heads. The heads can be oriented to perform separate functions, such as blasting the interior and exterior of parts at the same time. Standard features include a rubber cabinet lining and a urethane coating on the turntable for extended service life.

Vibratory Finishing Machine - CLM Vibe Tech: VT-6026F
Used vibratory finishing equipment that is the industries best design and proven oil lubricated drive system that incorporates double-row spherical bearings. large heavy-duty shaft and thick-walled cartridge. (Grease lubrication system on small capacity models.) All heavy-duty welded construction. Premium polyurethane lining and exterior mounted components that provide easy access for maintenance and service. The extra large springs provide extraordinary durability.
Heavy-duty, over-sized, precision machined drive shaft. Highest quality double-row spherical bearings are fitted to drive shaft, with clearance to allow for heat expansion, unlike bearings that allow to build up heat and reduce bearing life. Lightweight non-abrasive seals will never damage shaft.

Vibratory Finishing Machine - CLM Vibe Tech: 5524F
Used Vibratory Bowl – finishing equipment that is the most common and versatile of all mass finishing styles of equipment. Vibe Tech’s model 5524F features a 50″ bowl diameter with lined channel width of 11″. Also, the equipment requires 5’x5′ of floor space without the panel. 7.5 Cubic foot working capacity and a 5 Hp motor with a full load of 6 amps at 480 volts. 100psi of air supply is needed for this machine to work properly.

Used Screener Shaker – Vibratory equipment, heavy duty two-tier shaker screener, media discharge out of one side and a straight-out unload of parts on the top deck. 24″x 48″ long upper deck screen, with 60″ total length upper deck. 36″ Part discharge height, 24″ media discharge height and classification fines discharge height of 28″. The driving mechanism is a dual vibratory drive motor with adjustable weight segments that allow for fine tuning of process. 230/460 volt, 3 phase electrics. A 609 full voltage starter with manual controls, with under-voltage and heater protection. This Shaker Screener also comes paired with the CLM dumper as well.
