Built in screen system to
facilitate removable of
processed parts. Working
capacity, ten cubic feet of
mass, loads to 250 pounds per
cubic foot. Lined as a
semi-spiral bowl with
eighty-eight durometer
polyurethane. |

Combination Machine
This equipment offers the
ability to wet finish your parts
(clean, deburr, descale, etc...)
and cob dry them all in one
vibratory finisher. They are
available in several sizes of
finishing and cob drying
capacities. |

Batch Tub
Custom tub lengths are available
for running long aluminum
extrusions, steel channel,
stampings, etc.. Removable tub
dividers are available to
compartmentalize a section for
smaller parts. |

Continuous
Processing
This equipment is best suited to
the needs of a higher
production. Unfinished parts
and media are loaded into one
end of the machine. They travel
the length of the machine where
they are screen separated, with
the parts exiting the machines
and the media returning to the
load end. |

Cob Dryers
Our infrared system is more
economical and efficient than
heated oil/water systems. A
cool-down timer allows the
machine to run while cooling at
end of cycle, eliminating
scorching and cob
deterioration. We can also
design our cob dryers to work
"in line" with your existing
finishing machine. |
