Ceramic Beads Ceramic Beads

Zirblast and Zirshot ceramic beads are manufactured from mineral oxides using electro fusion.  As a consequence, the beads present a fine structure of zirconia crystals uniformly enclosed in a silica glassy phase.  They combine high density and high hardness.

Steel Grit/Stainless Steel Shot Steel Grit/Stainless Steel Shot

Ervin AMASTEEL comes in three forms:  shot, grit and blend of the two. The sharp angular of the grit form, makes it excellent for etching a texture surface on metal - thus enhancing its ability to bond paint, enamel, rubber, or other coatings. As the leading international producer of cast steel abrasives, Ervin Industries' AMASTEEL trademark has become synonymous worldwide with product quality, reliability and customer support.

Glass Media Glass Media

Rodeco glass beads are formulated of chemically clean surface to protect parts and equipment.  The beads are spheres of uniform size and hardness to impact the surface of the part.   They meet OSHA standards for cleaning operations, and release no free silica or toxins that may harm workers or the environment.

Garnet Abrasives Garnet Abrasives

Barton garnet abrasives deliver high performance and recyclability (up to 5 times) in a non-ferrous 100% natural mineral. Garnet grains clean deep into cavities and pitted areas down to bare metal thoroughly removing all rust, soluble salts, and other contaminants. Barton garnet abrasives are ideal for use on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other substrates and provide a surface that is virtually free of embedment and rogue peaks and troughs.

Armex Soluble Blast Media Armex Soluble Blast Media

Delivered under pressure using compressed air (or water) with soda blasting equipment, the non-toxic, water soluble Armex baking soda crystal physically removes coatings or soils from the substrate. Armex removes paint and coatings, surface corrosion, dirt, process residue, oils and grease, carbon, gasket materials, etc... Armex is superb for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized metal, concrete, ceramic tile, glass, plastic, fiberglass, rubber, and neoprene.

Plastic Media Plastic Media

If your operation involves any kind of surface conditioning, treatment or coating removal, you should consider the advantages of US POLYMEDIA.  It is fast, efficient and environmentally safe.  US POLYMEDIA is available in five different standard aggression/ performance types:  POLY Extra, POLY Plus, POLY Hard, Poly V, AND POLY Blast.

Aluminum oxide Aluminum Oxide  Aluminum Oxide

Due to its extreme toughness and low iron, Rodeco's Brown Aluminum Oxide is used in the manufacture of all types of bonded abrasives and for general industrial applications.

White Aluminum Oxide boasts of a extremely high purity that makes it suitable for applications requiring minimum contamination of foreign substances and sharp free cutting abrasive characteristics.

Silicon Carbide Silicon Carbide

Rodeco offers a full line of Silicon Carbide Grains - both black and green - featuring extreme hardness and uniformity of shape for superior performance and outstanding efficiency in a variety of applications. Applications include grinding, polishing, lapping, special pressure blasting requirements and wire sawing of materials such as super hard metals, glass, ceramics and plastics.
